At HAWK WINGS INDIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Customized or personalized products
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. Customers must report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
