  1. Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 10 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and free from any marks, stains, or odors.

  2. Refund Process To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@hawkwings.in with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  3. Refund Exceptions We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom-made items. We do not offer refunds on items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  4. Return Shipping You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

  5. Refund Confirmation You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account.
