We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Hawk Wings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

1. Returns You may return any product purchased from our website within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.

2. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will send you the exchange item once we receive the original item back in its original packaging with all tags attached. The exchange item must be of equal or lesser value than the original item.

3. Return Shipping You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

4. Exceptions We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made items.
